Are your app kit products cruelty free? 
Made by Me does not conduct, nor condone any cosmetic testing on animals.

Are your app kit products hypoallergenic? 
Yes, all of Made by Me app kit products are 100% hypoallergenic.

Do you accept international orders? 
No, we currently do not offer international shipping outside the US or ship to any freight forwarders. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Where can I find a complete list of your ingredients? 
Our Made by Me app provides a lot of information on our App Kit page.

What about out of stock items? 
If a Made by Me app kit product is out of stock, the app kit will show as "Out-of-Stock" within the app.

Are my details secure? 
Yes absolutely, Made by Me pride themselves on offering a safe shopping environment for clients. Made by Me uses PayPal to process credit card transactions. We do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.

How long will it take to get my order? 
Orders are mostly shipped within 48 hours of purchase, depending on when you place your order. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.

Can I return a product I’m not happy with? 
Made by Me will only accept returns if the ordered app kit product is damaged in some way in transit. Choose carefully when you order as no refund is allowed for an app kit product that is ordered with no flaw. We need to be notified within 3 days of delivery with emailed images clearly showing the damage. The goods cannot be returned or refunded if they have been opened.
